I love woodgrain on these mugs, but I also love the full-color versions, so I wanted to gently woodgrain the leaves and give the impression of green stained wood. I am really happy with the way they came out. The dark brown accent wash also gives them a warmer, softer, more vintage glow that I love.
The Rattan Mug is designed with the spirit of "pretzel"/Rattan furniture.
I wanted the piece to have a more subtle feel, while still having bold recognizable features.
